I need to give a self-effacing shout-out to Lisa Vian Hunter who lives in Seattle and recently helped me get my closet back. I have clothes hoarder tendencies and I got to a point where I could barely walk in my closet. She came, spent six hours with me, and helped me identify 8 garbage bags of clothes to give away, 2 garbage bags of clothes that are going to the dump, and reorganized everything that was left -- including helping me figure out how to pair clothes and rethink styling for some old clothes I had. This was an emotional process for me and she was supportive, warm, and gentle throughout -- even when I needed a break for deep breaths and coffee.
