The last of winter and Wardrobe planning for trips

Welcome to February! Spring is around the corner but it’s still freezing in Seattle. I just bought a new ski jacket…..long overdue. February is a popular travel month so organizing your clothes for different climates is helpful. I’m currently hunkered down in turtlenecks but packing for a trip to a warmer (but not tropical) climate this month. I keep my warm weather clothes in bins or another closet and dig in when I need to. If you have a large closet, separating by season is the best solution. Another tip for traveling is to take photos of your outfits as you put them together. I can see the outfits on my phone when I’m traveling as a reminder of how I styled them. With my clients, I create books with pictures of the outfits so they can peruse at home or pack in the suitcase.
